Antique 5.02 Carat Light Yellow Old Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring, circa 1900

A truly awesome - and utterly breathtaking - old cut diamond ring. Old cut diamonds of this weight and these proportions are exceedingly rate. This exceptional stone - graded by GIA as W to X colour, SI2 clarity - displays a clear and distinct light yellow hue. The inclusions which make it an SI2 are fine and to the side, and in no way are visible to the naked eye or impact the vibrancy of the diamond. The stone is secured by four sets of double claws within a hand-crafted collet, leading to a slim 18k shank which dramatically splits at the shoulders.
