Art Deco 1.42 Carat Old Cut Diamond & Sapphire Ring, circa 1925

Utterly extraordinary. This impressive Art Deco engagement ring features a bright and lively old European cut diamond in the centre, secured in a square collet with a small, eight-cut diamonds set in the tip of each of the four claws in a highly detailed gallery. Eight - four each side - rectangular sapphires of reverse tapering size are set in the shoulders, leading to a finely engraved platinum shank. Just so amazing.
