Edwardian 1.31 Carat Demantoid Garnet & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1905

A rare and remarkable ring. This gorgeous piece features six demantoid garnets of the bright, electric green for which this gemstone is most prized. In the centre of the six well matched demantiods is a bright, white old mine cut diamond, with a further twenty-four old cut diamonds set in the platinum border. The slim 18k yellow gold shank splits into three at the shoulders, with intricate U-shaped detailing in the gallery.
