The Story

A unique, highly detailed, and very pretty diamond ring. The centre stone - weighing a known 0.73 carat - is secured within a hexagonally shaped setting, and is flanked on either side by two elongated trillion cut synthetic sapphires (synthetic accent stones were common in this era). The incredibly intricate filigree metal work in the gallery leads to a slender 18k white  gold shank. 

Currently size L (UK) or 5 1/2 (US). Free sizing available.
