Art Deco 6.80 Carat Natural Ceylon Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, Circa 1940

A vintage Ceylon sapphire ring of unsurpassable quality. The sapphire - certified as natural, unheated and originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) - is the ideal cornflower blue. The stone is claw sett within a surround of twenty high-white and bright eight-cut diamonds. The wonderfully pierced under-gallery leads to a slender 18k yellow gold shank.

Currently size N 1/2 (UK) or 6.75 (US). Free sizing available.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
