Vintage 8.92 Carat Unheated Burmese Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1960

An awesome and incomparable sapphire and diamond ring. The rose cut sapphire in the centre - certified as natural, unheated and originating from Myanmar (Burma) - is rare and incredible: one simply doesn't rose cut sapphires, nor does one often find unheated Burmese sapphires of these dimensions. The stone is slightly tear shaped, and surrounded by 18 rose cut diamonds in a platinum setting, which sits atop a double wire shank which splits at the shoulders. 

Currently size N (UK) or 6 1/2 (US). Free sizing available.

Accompanied by a report from Gemmoligical Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is Burmese (Myanmar) in origin.
